Parent Payments


At Loders Primary Academy we are making paying for trips and visits as simple as possible. 

ParentPay allows parents to make online payments easily by logging into a website.  Parents are provided with a log-in which allows them to set up an account online.  When trips or visits are booked, the school enters it onto the online payment site along with the pupil’s name and the amount due.  Letters are sent home detailing the trip or visit with a timetable for payment.  The academy cannot accept cheque or cash payments for trips or visits.

Parents whose children are in receipt of Pupil Premium are not required to pay for day trips.  Residential visits attract a 50% contribution and payments by instalment can easily be arranged.

All parents are very welcome to come and discuss payments and payment dates with the Head of School, especially in the case of difficulty.

The Management of Outdoor Educational Visits and Offsite Activities Policy highlights the importance the governing body places on ensuring that the academy is an environment  in which all members of the academy community can thrive, regardless of race, religion, culture, gender or individual need.

Payment for Breakfast Club is not made through ParentPay, but should accompany a booking form in the form of cash or a cheque made payable to Acorn Multi Academy Trust.
